It happens by appointment! And we take our time to create the best experience for our clients and want you to enjoy every moment in the chair.

However, if you are more than 15 minutes late for your service we may have to reschedule your appointment.

We know that sometimes life happens. If you are unable to make your appointment, we accept cancellations up to 24 hours before the scheduled service. If you must cancel your service within the 24-hour window, you will be charged 50% of the scheduled service.

No shows will be charged the full cost of the scheduled service.
